Ultralite International Pty. Ltd. is a joint
venture of Australia, Brazil, USA, and was established in
Sydney Australia in 1986 by Mr. Siung Yang and Sir William Keys.
We specialize in the  research
and production of Electronic Energy saving Lamps, Electronic
Ballasts, Electronic Transformers,and
Energy Saving, With Head office in Sydney Australia,
factories in Dongguan and Shanghai China, offices in Brazil,
USA , Hong Kong, Taiwan, phillppines, New Zealand, UK and
Turkey, the Ultralite Group has developed into a Multinational
group producing, assembling and marketing Energy Saving Lighting
products in over 30 countries around the world. OEM of our present and past clients
were GE, Philips, Osram, Sylvania, OTT of USA and Lumin8 of
UK. We are the First in the World to produce High Power Factor
Low Harmonic Distortion CFL lamps in 1989.We are the First
in Asia, and Second in the world to produce electronic CFL
lamps in 1987.
We have a strong team of Engineers
and Scientists who can develop products to client's requirement,
and give strong support to production and QC departments.
We have a number of patents for USA, Australia and Europe
and a large array of International Certifications such as "CE","UL"',"ETL'',"AS/NZS","SEMKO"
and "BSI", and certificates of Approval from the
China National Standards Bureau. We are also qualified for
the World Bank's ELI program.
The Company has advance Quality Management System, and has achieved certification by SGS of UK of ISO9001-2000, and is
devoting itself to the realization of ISO14001.
We use only Tri-Phosphor powder for all our CFL lamps to
ensure the best lumen output efficiency and lumen maintenance.Beware
of Poor quality CFL lamps made from Halo-Phosphor powder or
mixed with Halo-Phosphor powder.
Ultralamp CFL lamps are designed to pass the strictest safety
standards of UL, IEC, JET(Japan), and have obtained numerous
safety certification. All plastic materials used are certified
Fire Retardant. They can safely operate in the temperature
range of -20 to +65 Deg℃.
Ultralamp CFL lamps are designed to start at very low supply
voltages down to about 150 VAC and even lower if required.They
are also designed to tolerate short term very high supply
voltage surges up to 264 VAC or higher if required.
These features are most important for developing areas where
the supply voltage can fluctuate widely.
Ultralamp CFL lamps have filter
circuits for Cutting out Radio Frequency Interference（RFI）
and Complies with Electromagnetic Compatibility（EMC）. They
give out no harmful Radio Frequency radiation which tends
to Interfere with Radio，TV telecommunication，Mobile phones
etc.
When used to replace the magnetic ballasted fluorescent
lamps, the CFL will save the children's eyes. The normal fluorescent
lamps driven by magnetic ballast and starter switches on and
off at the rate of 100 times per second, and this affects
eyes of young children. The CFL lamp switches at the rate
of about 25,000 cycles per second, far above the sensitivity
of human eyes, hence is harmless.
Saves about 80% more energy compared to incandescent light
bulbs. And because of the long life, we save money too.
If cost of electricity is US$0.10 per KWH, the saving when
using a 20W CFL will pay for the lamp usually in about 6 months.
We use the best powder coating and protective coating technique
to get the longest tube life. Our standard tube life is 6,000
hours to IEC60969 standard. We can also produce tube life
of up to 15,000 hours if required by the clients. UK BSI testing
proved we achieved 15,904 hours average life.
